TN-2 VISA

Mexican citizens are eligible to apply for the TN-2 Visa. Interested applicants must present the following at the Consulate:

• A valid passport
• Visa Application form
• Letter of employment from a U.S. employer detailing the duties to be performed
• Evidence that the applicant is a professional
